Cornerstone Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Office Assistant Near Danville, IN

Cornerstone Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team! Dr. Receveur and team invite you to apply for our Front Office Coordinator position within our West (Danville) office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and managing the front desk operations of our dental practice.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance claims
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Manage the flow of patients in the waiting area to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure timely patient care
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Pay: $19.02 - $27.00 per hour
